Dice Rune ("the App") is a 3D dice roller for tabletop and role-playing games, published by RaynearSoft ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use the App, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
The App has no user account and no login. Your dice presets, folders, skins, and roll history are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We operate no first-party backend that stores your personal data; the limited data described below is collected by third-party SDKs (Google/Firebase and Google AdMob) for analytics, crash diagnostics, and advertising.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or payment card details.

The App does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo-library permissions.

In the EU/EEA and UK, where reading or writing device identifiers requires consent, the App requests it through a consent prompt before any tracking or personalized advertising occurs. If you decline, you will still see non-personalized ads.
The free version of the App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob.

Where these providers use data for their own purposes (e.g., ad targeting), this constitutes "sharing" under Google Play and "sale/share" under certain U.S. state laws.
The third-party providers above (Google/Firebase, AdMob) process data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the providers' safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms. By using the App, your data may be transferred and stored internationally as described.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Korea's PIPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads may be considered "sharing"; you may opt out via your device ad settings and the in-app consent controls, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required for consent in your jurisdiction (under 13 in the U.S./EU general standard; under 14 in the Republic of Korea). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at raynear@gmail.com and we will delete it. Where processing a child's data requires verifiable parental/legal-guardian consent, we will not process it without that consent.
Data transmitted by the App's SDKs is encrypted in transit (TLS). On-device data is protected by your device's operating-system protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, in-app notice.
